镜头一:高中毕业前夕,青春的我心中是浮躁的,追逐在高考的边沿,什么国际时政什么离别伤怀都在各种测验中淡化。某天下午,学校通知晚上由班主任带领各班学生去当时镇上唯一的电影院看电影。暂时抛开作业去放松一下,同学们都排着整齐的队伍出发。记得那部片子是由著名演员李幼斌主演的《横空出世》,主要情节是讲述当时一批科学家为制造原子弹不断的探索和研究工作,工作的秘密不得不对家人保密,整个过程付出他人想不到艰辛:环境条件的恶劣、与外界严密的隔离、他人的不理解不支持、技术的落后——计算全是靠一双手来珠算……至今犹记最后一幕:我们自己的原子弹成功爆炸,当蘑菇云升起时,镜头变成了静音,而所有的人都在用力欢呼,这个动静的反差给观影的同学们极大的震撼。看着电影中李幼斌夫妻的热泪盈眶,我们这群高中生的泪水不由自主地滴落。我相信这就是深埋在心中的爱国情感的流露,因为大家都用最热烈的掌声道出了内心的喜悦。
观影结束,自然是要写观后感的。这次,我没有在作文面前迟疑,可谓是一气呵成,因为我内心依然是激动的。我联想到《江雪》中孤傲的老人,以《从孤舟蓑笠翁说起》为题,写出了700字的感想作文。文中,我将主角与诗中老人刻画在一起,面对现实的艰难、朋友的算计猜疑,最终依靠自己坚定的信念和顽强的毅力获得成功、获得别人的认可。这篇文章被我语文老师看中,送去安庆市发表,获得二等奖。这件事也给了我莫大的鼓励,在如今的教学中依然让我有信心和勇气去执笔写作。

镜头三:2013年,我参加了__市__区事业单位招聘考试,经过笔试、面试、审查等环节后成功突围。站在这片天地,面对可爱的小学生,我又开始了新一轮的教学,时值流火。
之前面对的都是中学生,看到小孩子们的天真、吵闹,真有许多的不适应。特别是上课时,不像以前的宣讲,更多是感悟文字的背景与意境。看到字、词、句上的“难题”,孩子依旧纠结不已,我也深深的纠结了——到底如何才能快速进入小学教师状态呢?我开始“偷课”——看同事们上课的状态与教学方式、向领导、前辈询问请教、搜集小学教学经验交流的书籍……于是我开始进入了“角色”——放慢语速教学、强化语文基础知识、课堂扩大讨论的时间与范围,也开始收到孩子们的喜欢。打铁需趁热,课下我主动和他们互换qq号,谈谈QQ农场、洛克王国的等级,于是,我成了孩子们的“大哥哥”,我的课堂也成龙他们最喜欢的。

那时对端午的认识,主要停留在香喷喷的粽子上。小时候只隐约听大人简单说端午与悼念一位当官的古人有关。进学堂后这一知半解的疑惑终于慢慢的打开了,他是为了悼念屈原的。熟读着屈子的诗深感这位老人壮志未筹的无限哀思忧愁,对国家的爱与恨都倒入江流,从此涅罗江中有一颗千古闪烁着的不屈心,有一段可歌可泣的爱国情怀。人们为了缅怀屈子,以粽子寄思,后来慢慢演变成了游子的思乡之情。
时光匆匆如流水一般,一去不复返,背粽子的孩子们长大了,背咏《离骚》的学子们早已踏入社会,为着理想奋斗着,为着生活努力着。漂泊的心早已感到了孤独和疲惫,此时此刻好想再穿梭回厅堂前院望着长辈们欣喜的笑容,好想再看看背粽子的孩子是多么的呆萌可爱,好想再听一听老师是怎么讲解屈原与端午的来源。

沟通可以让企业绝处逢生。工厂因经营不善,资金周转不灵,面临倒闭的危险,几百工人将在无遣散费且拿不到拖欠的工资的情况下失业。群情激动的工人,打砸工厂设施。厂方出面,劝解工人,叫工人按工资分工厂股份,再努力干两个月。结果,在厂方和工人沟和解,工厂起死回生。
沟通可以让两国免于战火洗礼。埃及和以色列因国家利益在西奈半岛问题上针锋相对,战争一触即发。埃及必须取回自己的领土——西奈半岛。以色列为保障国家安全又不能让西奈半岛成为军事基地,不想归还。最后,两国政府经过沟通后,西奈半岛成为非军事区,以色列归还半岛。用沟通方式,和平解决领土争端,免于战争。

关于沟通的作文2从小以来,我虽然会一些外语,可是每次在外遇到老外,都不敢和他们去沟通。
说来也巧,我的的老姨要去加拿大居住了,还带着我那两岁的弟弟。一转眼,六年过去了,弟弟也长成了一个白白胖胖的小伙子,他可是一个地地道道的小老外。
一天,我正在上qq,突然,一条添加好友的信息发了进来,由于没有写明他是谁,所以,我拒绝了。晚上,姥姥打来电话,告诉我那个神秘人原来是我的弟弟。在外国,有这样一个网站,可以和中国进行沟通。

在读书笔记PPT营的小组里与大家讨论了三个关于读书的问题,我给出了自己的答案
1.如何提高阅读效率
阅读效率这事我不太能说出一二三,没有特别注意过。感觉读书主要和动力与需求有关
有读的动力,如某本很喜欢的小说,就可能一个晚上从头读到末不想停;有读的需求,如专业或工作需要,便往往效率很高能直取所需;关键是传统意义上的经典好书,不是当下最高需要,也不一定最想读。我偏爱把它一直放在枕边,kindle也装着随身携带,随时随地有状态了想读了,就读。"保持想读书的心情"在我看来就是最能提高效率的事,"带着想读书的心情读书"就会能读进去
心情之外,就是眼到、手到、心到、有时还要口到,要随时随地能提问,能代入进去看,也能把文字代到自己身上看
看文学作品,代入又出来,尝试去走一遍作品中的人生;看社科,要提问,看到书中给出一段推导,自己学着做结论,看到书中给出一个结论,自己试着再推导新的东西,有时翻过页会惊喜发现自己的推导和前人研究成果一样,这就是把这块儿理解的还行了
然后手到是很提高效率的,一边看就一边做笔记,比如读《精进》时,我习惯是读到一段新的方法,就在旁边写下"把这个方法应用在我的xx学习中就是xxxxx"这样,那这本书,一遍读下来效率就感觉不错
2.制作读书笔记PPT有哪些目标
我自己的目标主要是分享、交流与致敬
分享,比如读吕思勉的书时,很想把其中的知识做成PPT,帮助很多"不好读古文"的朋友一起接触这些知识,但我自己暂时没吃透,只能先多读再说。交流,与书评差不多,看别人对书的理解,看别人对我的理解的理解,很有趣。致敬…比如遇上自己很喜欢的书,感谢作者写出来了,就会想能不能干点什么,其实分享的目标也就带有致敬的意思
这里扩展一下,说到写书评。我偶尔做PPT,更多写书评,但自己的读书笔记远比输出书评多几十上百倍。感觉PPT与书评是比较具象而理性的,输出时会带有较强烈的"希望别人能看明白"的目的;而读书笔记是抽象又感性的,写的时候心情是"不用给人看,只要画留下我想要的".所以我建议读书试着写书评,多了以后会体会到给别人的和给自己的不同。很是有趣
3.写读书笔记的好习惯
事前准备:
一、在家中所有可能会用上笔的地方都放上纸笔方便拿起就可以用
二、身边手边一定有记事本,想写的都会写上去,绝不空手看书
读书中:
三、划线,波浪,中括号,大括号,各种自己习惯的重点分层
四、和上面说到的手到一样,在自己的书上(或者便利贴,载体无所谓,写下随时随地的思考
五、通读完,隔段时间再来翻看誊抄笔记,通读是为了整体把握,隔段时间是为了看还想抄的是真正的我吸收的
六、诗歌之类可以直接只抄喜欢的简单的体会语言之美
读书后:
七、记下作者在书中提到的好书;做了笔记记得回头看不然会忘
八、读过之后写书评,长短无所谓,一句话也行,一万字也可以
其他有趣的习惯:

一、教学构思的提出
高考以考查学生英语运用能力为主。用传统的“串讲式”、“填鸭式”的复习方法去组织教材的复习,大量的课堂时间都被用于“炒冷饭”,串讲复习课文中重复的语言点,而忽视听、说、读、写能力的培养。 这样做使学生感到枯燥无味,更有碍于创造性思维能力的发展。
高考复习首先要明确目的。目前高考英语试题在重视英语基础知识的同时,突出考查语言运用能力,形成了以篇章阅读为主体的试题布局。高三复习的最终目的是提高学生的语言运用能力。但知识是能力的基础,对能力的测试不可避免地要结合对知识的测试,这是对学生累积的、系统化的、活化的知识的测试。大量的知识考查通过能力测试得以实现,熟练掌握英语基础知识正是为发展英语运用能力做准备。然而,高三复习的过程不是对已学知识的简单重复和强化,而是一个再学习、再认识、提高理解能力和运用能力的过程。如果还是按照传统的串讲课文的方法进行复习,在这么短的时间内达到复习目的是不可能的,只有串讲课文是培养不出语言的运用能力。
既然复习知识是为了运用知识,那么什么样的知识便于运用和有利于学科能力的培养呢?这就是系统化的知识,这才是形成学科能力的坚实基础。如果学生的知识能形成系统,那么他们一定对所学的教材进行了层层挖掘,这必然对其实现知识向能力的迁移有重要的影响,有利于他们实际运用能力的提高,并且使他们在应考中运用自如。
二、教学构思的实践
复习课文很重要,因为课文集语音、词汇、语法于一体,所以一定要重视课本,让学生熟悉课文内容,牢记课文中出现的语言点。学生到了高三时,需要把过去五年多所学的语言知识进行综合归纳、比较,以便加深理解和实际运用。在总复习的过程中,采用话题重组的方法,通过分析比较,会激起学生的好奇心和求知欲,提高复习效果。现就把高三课文复习中模块重组的复习方法叙述如下:
1.按话题对课文进行模块重组,激发兴趣,夯实基础。
打破课文分册顺序和模块顺序,按话题模块重组全部课文,即把相关或相近的话题重组成一个话题,按话题的内容集中复习。《英语》(新标准)高中系列教材(外语教学与研究出版社2004年7月出版),可重组成15个话题模块。
(1)Unforgettable experiences话题模块: Book 1 Module 1 My First Day at Senior High, Module 2 My New Teachers, Module 3 My First Ride on a Train, Module 5 A Lesson in a Lab,和 Book 7 Module 2 Highlights of My Senior Year。

2.按话题复习高三课文的过程展示。
课文复习按话题模块进行,话题进行的顺序按难度或按课文的单元排序进行,话题模块也可与时事结合。把话题模块由易到难排成学习和复习序列,以高一为基础,高二为发展,高三为拓展,课外辅导材料为延伸,逐步形成一个提升的学习过程。以下以“Music”话题模块(Book 2 Module 3 Music, Book 6 Module 4 Music和Book 7 Module 4 Music Born in America)为例进行的高三教材课文复习案例展示如下(两个课时):
(1)教学目标:以Music为话题,通过复习Book 2 Module 3 Music, Book 6 Module 4 Music和Book 7 Module 4 Music Born in America,掌握大纲要求掌握的词汇、句型、语法、语言点、篇章结构等方面,归纳课文中常用和常考词汇的基本用法、语法特点、适用条件以及相关知识点的异同比较,归纳复习之后,再配上高考考点及对应练习,尤其是结合高考题型的训练来提高学生的实际运用能力。
(2)学生情况分析:本节课的授课对象是高三3班(政治B班)和高三4班(历史普通班),学生的英语水平较低且有差异,甚至有超过三分之一的学生不能用简单的语言来描述人或物。
(3)教学设计:音乐是学生们感兴趣的话题,先由学生喜欢的歌星导入,如周杰伦的新歌----青花瓷,再顺利过渡到课文话题复习。
(4)教学过程:
词汇:词汇的复习以Brainstorming 为主。Brainstorming(头脑风暴法),又称智力激励法,是由美国创造学家A.F.奥斯本于1953年正式发表的一种激发学生创造性思维的方法,现已成为流行的一种课堂活动形式。使用Brainstorming这种技巧的目的是为了集中给学生一个想象和思考的时间和空间,集思广益,激活其头脑中各种相关的图式,比如,想法、概念、形象和印象等。
