一、设置冲突

“教学是挑起矛盾冲突的艺术”，设置冲突对于激发学生内在的“挑战性”需要起着不可代替的作用。 如在教学《普罗米修斯盗火》导入的时候，一位老师是这样做的：他先请学生说说普罗米修斯是个怎样的神，从而唤醒孩子对普罗米修斯的美好印象，接着他请学生说说关于“盗”这个字的印象，进而他又用课件演示甲骨文“盗”字，并进行解说：“这是口水，这是流口水的哪个人，口水流得极多以致于要用一条小船来载。你估计这是说什么？”孩子们的回答是：这就是说那个人非常想要一件东西，因此流了很多口水，说明那个人非常贪心。最后请孩子们说说由“盗”想到了哪些词，追问“盗”字给你印象如何，孩子们自然说印象很不好。以上三法，都是以语文的方式来设置冲突的，并且基于文本本身，这样的活动策划比较便捷，同时也充满着“语文”的韵味。当然，必要时还可以引进其它相关的文本进行冲突的设置，以充分为学生思考来提供服务。

二、呈现目标

目标的制定与呈现应该得到充分的关注，在我的问卷调查中，百分之九十几的学生需要目标呈现比较有趣。那么，究竟怎样有趣呢？我作了如下尝试：

1.将目标蕴含在“书写”中

如教学《鼎湖山听泉》时，课文两个地方聆听泉声的感觉不尽相同，我利用这个，确定了学习目标：两次听泉声，感觉一样吗？如果让你用两个“听”字来表达出感觉的不同，你准备怎么写？默读后，在自己本子上写一写。

2.将目标蕴含在“话题”中

当法布尔将小甲虫放进蜗牛壳里之后，他还包上树叶，把甲虫装进衣袋。他还捡了贝壳和彩石。可是文中没有描绘他的心理活动，于是我先引导学生根据这个句子来谈体会，并组织学生以“法布尔一边装小甲虫，一边会对它说些什么悄悄话”为话题来将情感通过语言外化出来。

3.将目标蕴含在“对号入座”中

教学《鼎湖山听泉》时，我在黑板上写上“一”、“二”、“三”，然后看着孩子，他们都很奇怪。然后我说：这个“一”放在第一自然段的开始，那么“二”和“三”放在哪里呢？请同学们默读课文后再发表意见。再如，教学《黄果树瀑布》时，我板书三个词语“所感、所闻、所见”，然后说：“我将‘所感’放在第四自然段的下面，如果让你把‘所见’与‘所感’放到它该呆的地方，你会放在哪里？请同学们默读课文后再发表意见并说说你那样放的理由。” 这些目标的制定比较简单，但是目标的呈现还是非常注意的，而“游戏、话题、动手”就是呈现的载体与方式的完美统一。

三、运用音画

“孩子的世界就是艺术的世界。”孩子需要艺术，运用音画，使得课堂真正成为孩子们的艺术世界。

1.在享受中理解字词

教学《鼎湖山听泉》第四自然段的排比句时，四种泉声，各具韵味。如何利用音乐来引导学生理解“聆听“、“辨别”和“品味”三个词语呢？我做了三步：第一步，放四种泉声，请孩子们聆听，问孩子怎样听才算聆听；第二步，放一个“辨别”一个，说说“辨别”的意思；第三步，让学生说说自己听了这种泉声的感受，理解“品味”的意思。

2.用“审美”带动朗读

接着上面的教学，让学生用耳朵、眼睛同时“聆听”与“辨识”四种泉声，先将区别读在脸上，再将区别读在动作里，最后配画面展示，将区别读在声音中。

3.用配乐朗诵创设基调

最近，笔者亲自在孙双金老师的课堂中感受到了老师的配乐朗读给课堂带来的一种示范、一种生机、一种震撼、一种由美画美乐美读所创造的诗歌意境。孙老师在“李白是仙”这一节课中，一共用了三次音画与美读。第一次，出示《望庐山瀑布》，配古筝乐朗诵，读得气势磅礴；第二次，出示《夜宿山寺》朗诵，读得安静；第三次，播放音乐，出示《秋浦歌》朗诵，读得忧愁。这三次朗诵给孩子们带来了享受，同时也是很好地将每一首诗歌的基调暗暗传递在课堂。

四、引领交往

引领交往，当然是为了激发与满足学生关于“爱与归属”的需要。可以策划“合作、多元评价”等教学活动。

1.尽在合作里

课堂上，默写《画龙点睛》，四人小组合作，共有九句，要求先分工，后练习两分钟，这两分钟里，小组成员间可以互相帮助，提问和解答最后默写。

2.尽在评奖中

接下来的评价阶段，活动安排为：两个小组间互相批阅，并互相评奖，奖项有最佳书写奖、最佳分工奖、最佳正确奖、最佳文明奖、最佳纪律奖最佳秩序奖共6个，可以多评，评完后写一段评委真情感受或真诚建议。合作与评奖，提供了孩子们交往的无限机会，但要挖掘交往的无限魅力，那老师必须策划好公平公正的制度和明确可行的步骤，这是成功的保障。事实上，“设置冲突、设定目标、运用音画、引领交往”这些活动策划背后的依据就是学生的各种基本需要。

五、转化为感情朗读的活动

在上面的案例中，我请学生通过自己写的两个“听”字，体现出两个地方两个时间听泉的不同感受，学生写完后上台来展示。一对对听字，非常有个性。接着，请同学们将这两个地方和两个时间的“听”读出区别来。学生练习，然后请同学们交流读“夜里听”的段落，在这个过程中进行相机教学。读完后，我对同学们说：“你们刚才读了夜里听的部分，现在请你用不同的语气读出白天听的那一部分。”在这个过程中进行了朗读教学。
