The idea has spread widely to other lands where it is variously celebrated as the 'Festival of Trees', 'Greening Week' of Japan, 'The New Year's Days of Trees' in Israel, 'The Tree-loving Week' of Korea, 'The Reforestation Week' of Yugoslavia, 'The Students' Afforestation Day' of Iceland and 'The National Festival of Tree Planting' in India. ?简历中涉及到的语法问题

1.将所有第一人称代词从简历中拿掉（I,we,me,my）,当然更不能用第三人称代词。

2.冠词：简历当中不需要冠词，例如：应写retrainedstaff而不是retrainedthestaff

3.助动词：简历当中不需要助动词，所以，应该写managed而不是havemanaged

4.动词：简历当中的所有主要动词全部用动词的过去式形式。

5.being性动词：简历中一律使用主动语态，不要出现am,is,are,were,was等词。

6.时态转换：简历中的时态基本保持过去式，偶尔用一般现在式。

写自我介绍的过程中，权衡行文主线中的两个方面：目标院校要录取我，是我需要得到来目标院校来深造？还是我也值得他们选择我？很多学员在面试过程中，都是急切的表达自己急需读MBA深造。事实上，没有哪个参加考试不是急切需要深造的。我们在陈述理由的时候，需要展示的是个性化的东西。你在陈述自己的理想与人生职业目标时，牢记：所有的理想与目标都只有一个指向，那就是促使你选择 MBA。 而介绍的重点是应该放在“我值得目标院校选择我”。

你的过去经历是否与面试官选择你有关，与面试要选择你无关的辉煌经历，毫不犹豫的pass掉！

过去辉煌经历与风光故事中，只有既能证明你有资格进目标院校，也能证明你有潜质实现你的职业理想的才放在自我介绍中去。一定要狠心的删去没必要的辉煌与风光，而自我介绍中的经历与故事，都要和你的目标-----证明你有资格进入目标院校-----有清晰的逻辑关系。

行文中，要懂得如何变劣势为优势，比如有的学员因为自己的中专背景可能觉得难以启齿，但是如果能够做换位思考，我是中专生都这个厉害，你北大给我一个机会，我还能不龙行天下？所以这样的时刻一定要发挥自己强烈的自我意志，去影响面试官，让他感受到你无穷的潜力，而不是盯住你的weak教育背景。

三、行文后

1.至少做三次以上修改----好的文章永远都是改出来的！三次是最低底线！

2.自我介绍要反复模拟练习，并找不同背景的人提出修改意见，在陈述时，不能让人感觉在背稿纸，而应该是与朋友交流，语气中肯又不失激情。

3.要给面试官一碗水，自己要准备一桶水。做到胸有成竹，灵活应变

介绍教育背景：简明扼要，实话实说尽管你在简历中对自己的教育背景作了介绍，但在面试时，面试官还有可能就此方面提问。还是事先做点准备吧。
